This weeks guest is Manuel Heichlinger, Director of People & Recruiting EMEA at Samsara.  Manuel has gained a wealth of experience in Talent Acquisition working for organisations such as LinkedIn, HSBC, Alexander Mann, and Deloitte.

Manuel has been working in Talent Acquisition for over 16 years in Germany and the UK. During this time, he has gained experience at numerous household names in the professional services, staffing and technology sectors, recruiting talent across EMEA from graduate up to executive level. In his current role at Samsara, he is responsible for all people and recruiting matters for all European Samsara employees. Manuel grew up as a gay boy in a small town in Southern Germany and is happily married for 10 years now. He is very passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as creating a beautiful experience for all Samsara candidates and employees.
