Sonal is a Vice President in Banking with over 20 year's corporate experience and has a coaching business to help women fulfil their potential and progress in their careers.  She is passionate about increasing the number of women in the tech industry by inspiring and helping them to join the industry through her coaching.     

Sonal is a multiple award winner of Rising Stars in Tech100 and also a  winner in Diversity through to finalist in ‘Computer Weekly’s Most Influential Women in 2022’ as well as the ‘Global Women of Inspiration’  award’ in 2022.     

She is a Speaker who frequently speaks at industry events,  including a  roundtable for ‘Women in Blockchain Talks’ on International Women’s Day,  panel participant at the Women in Business Conference discussing “the  Glass Ceiling”, Life Skills ‘Global’ Summit for careers, and panel moderator at We Are The City Women in Tech conference on ‘Block Chain and The Supply Chain’ through to teaching ‘How to Build your Brand through LinkedIn’ to business owners.
