Rachel takes a human-centered design and value-proposition approach to direct, manage, grow and measure the Brink SBDC program, operation, finance, and team for federal, state, local and private grants for the #1 ranked accelerator in San Diego for innovative companies (tech, science, new products, etc).

Rachel invests her time and energy where community good and equitable economy meet. She is an emerging thought leader in:

• Local & Sustainable Business Development
• Social Entrepreneurship
• Civic Tech & Gov2.0
• Economic Gardening

She is also a board member of Business for Good San Diego – regularly coordinating with local business owners to support policy that makes San Diego liveable for all.
