There is so much tension in the world today when it comes to race. Words like "Social Justice," "Black Lives Matter," "Inequality," and "Racial Injustice" are thrown around from the top down. As Christians, it can be hard to know where to stand, especially when people are telling us that we're being unloving and oppressive, no matter the color of our skin.
While schools aren't sitting your children down, and you're not hearing the words "critical race theory," the ideas taught throughout CRT at the University level are trickling down into conversations and the classrooms.
In today's conversation, I'm joined by Kelli Garms , and we have a conversation covering:
-What Critical Race Theory is
-Why it's dangerous
-How we stand against it biblically
Plus, we talk about other Critical Theories that are in place today.
This is a L O A D E D conversation, and it will bring so much clarity if you've ever questioned what exactly CRT is.
*This conversation is not saying that there isn't racism in the world. Before making a comment, listen to the whole conversation.*
Resources Kelli mentions: Christianity and Wokeness by Owen Strahn, Faultlines by Voddie Baucham, Christopher Rufo, federationforchildren.com, Thomas Sewell, and www.kelligarms.com
