As a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and 200hr Yoga Teacher, Rebecca helps people discover their power and confidently take aligned action through coaching, energy healing, and mindfulness practices so they can start living their dream. Her vision is to co-create a world where every human feels safe to express their truth, break free from expectation, and expand into their greatest potential. 

With a previous 7-year career in media and advertising, Rebecca has extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, and management and utilizes this skillset to best serve her clients through coaching programs, Reiki trainings, and wellness events/retreats. She fuses together her corporate experience with her spiritual purpose, on a mission to support others while they uncover their soul’s desires, explore what’s possible beyond their current reality, and connect back to their intuition.
