If a salesperson managers to get the customer to come back and buy a product but the customers only focus is on who is available rather than waiting for the initial salesperson who helped them then the business will benefit but it won't reflect who was truly responsible. Not alot of customers know this but its the ones who do come back and wait for the initial salesperson that help keep the appreciative salesperson employed.
