Rick comes from the highly regulated space of having developed platforms for equities markets. He now bases himself in Malta, and we managed to catch him on his whistle stop tour back to Australia. Malta is being dubbed Blockchain island after the government’s recent regulatory commitment to Distributed Ledger Technology.
