So many times we forget how to be grateful and appreciate what we are afforded in this human experience. Be kind to yourself and be you always so you never have to deal with shallow feels, when all you deserve is the best you offer out from self. If theres one thing I learned from sitting in this mana bomb session, it was to honor and appreciate with aloha always because you should always add value not deplete it from its source. Self love can take you deeper than most, but you have to be willing and able to sit in, process and feel every step of the venture. YOU CAN DO IT. Just donʻt avoid real and true feelings around you. Stay and fight, your ola depends on it! Donʻt be just a pretty face...me ke aloha.
