Rev. Jim Henkell describes how a culture of caring within congregations impacts a church worker toward wellness and invigoration for sharing the Gospel. Bio: Rev. Jim Henkell serves as the Ministry Executive for the Pacific Southwest District (LC-MS), guiding churches and church workers through various seasons of ministry. Prior to this, he was a pastor of Lutheran churches and schools in Southern California for 25 years. Pastor Henkell also served for ten years as a regent at Concordia University Irvine, including as Vice-Chair of the Board and Chair of the Lutheran Identity and Mission Committee. He has preached and spoken at numerous events around the country, including dozens of church worker conferences.
