As I draw out his story, I discover that he's been a risk-taker his whole career. He thinks he wants to be comfortable. He doesn't. He needs to keep creating a life of courage.

One of my favorite moments is when he describes the fun he has making something up—like a new proposal for a corporation—and then watching as people sign up. He has tapped into my secret business plan... "Make sh*t up!"
