Jesus challenged His followers to hunger and thirst for righteousness. God called us to Himself that we might be conformed to the image of His Son (Rom. 8:29). This is our “holy calling” (2 Tim. 1:9). We were chosen that we might be holy and blameless (Eph. 1:4; Col. 1:22). By God’s grace, we can manifest the righteous character of Christ!
