This week I talk with my friend, and co-parent (it's a long story), Dr. Brynn Welch. Brynn teaches philosophy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a single white woman, who wanted to adopt a child. The amount of racism she discovered that lives within the system is astonishing. Brynn is the mother of a beautiful little Black boy and the co-author of Bennie Goes Up! Up!
