Season 3 of Let Me Say This is back and we're starting off with a bang. I facilitate a conversation on racism with white people. That's right, real white people talking about racism. I have to say this was one of my favorite podcasts and I really appreciate our panelists for being so honest and transparent.

This week, Brynn, Dave, and I talk about the murder of George Floyd, and how America keeps getting it wrong. Why is it so hard for white people to see that racism hurts them as well as Black people. Is looting ok? Finally, we listen to the fears that my fifteen-year-old son, Quintus, lives with daily.

This week, Dr. Dave Barhart and I talk about the murder of Ahmaud Arbery. Why are Black men still being lynched in 2020? How do you talk to white people about racism in an effort to get them involved in dismantling it?

This week, Dave and I talked about the people who are saying that this pandemic isn't as bad we're making it out to be. These people are dangerous, not only endangering their lives but the lives of others. Our existential question is, "Should we feel sorry for them if they die from the virus in the process." You probably already know my answer. 

This week, I speak with a young man, Andy Yousef,  who survived COVID-19. We talk about possible contagion points and his symptoms. As you listen to this, keep in mind that Andy's experiences were mild and in no way means that we shouldn't be afraid of this virus. We don't want to sound the alarm, but we don't want you to have a false sense of security either.

This week, I interview three doctors; Dr. Ankrehah "Dr.Kre" Johnson, DO; Dr. Michael Mugavero, MD, MHSc, and Rev. Dr. David Barnhart, Jr., Ph D. Our podcast is fortunate to have so many smart people willing to give us advice. Dr. Kre talks to us about signs, symptoms, and what we can do to help prevent and/or spread the COVID-19 virus. Dr. Mugavero and I talk about the global and local impacts of the virus and our efforts to combat it. Lastly, Dr. Dave and I talk about mental and spiritual needs and how we must augment the way we're even doing church. 

This week Dave and I talk about this 'my candidate' or the highway phenomenon. What's behind the thinking that if your candidate doesn't win then we burn down the entire system. We have our first disagreement, and he wins. Let us know what you think.
