This is an extra special episode.

I wanted to take a beat to talk about my experiences in fatherhood.

Becoming a father has changed me in ways I can only begin to understand and in this episode I really wanted to vibe with the dads out there (and even aspiring dads), no matter where you are in the journey. 

Even tho this episode is for the men, I invite all women to listen and get an idea about how fatherhood hits us differently and the mindset shifts we experience.

I also share some personal stories about my transition into fatherhood.
