In this episode, I invite you to explore the deeper purpose of boundaries—not as walls against others, but as reminders for ourselves. Boundaries should serve as a guide to align ourselves with our higher truth, not as tools to control others. Relationships, especially romantic ones, are a mirror that reflects our ego and insecurities, presenting opportunities to heal and grow.
Rather than blaming or trying to change our partners, the focus should be on looking inward and working through our triggers. Relationships are a vehicle for shedding layers of ego, attachments, and unconscious patterns that block us from realising our divine essence and oneness with all. While it’s okay to leave a relationship if it becomes overwhelming, the lessons will persist until we confront them. Ultimately, the challenges in relationships are divinely designed to guide us toward unconditional love, self-acceptance, and a deeper connection to God or the source of all being.
