God refines us like silver and tests us like gold so that our true nature and character in Him can shine and come out. But God also wants us to test the things presented to us (relationships, opportunities, images, advice, etc.) with intelligent love (knowledge and discernment) so that we’re able to approve what is excellent and of true value. As Christians, we must differentiate by testing, whether between good and evil, temporal and eternal, wisdom and folly, nature and spirit, etc. In episode 17, we discuss how and why we test and approve the things presented to us in this world.
