Do you rely on your own righteousness or your own good works to justify your salvation? Guess what? Good works don’t get you into Heaven! John 14:6 teaches us that no one gets to the Father (God) except through JESUS! If we count our own good works for our salvation, that discounts the work of Jesus Christ. Plus, our standards of “good” may differ from God’s standard, and we will always fall short of God’s standard (Romans 3:23). Don’t be so caught up in just being a good person because there are plenty of good people in Hell. It’s not just about being a good person; it’s about being more like Christ. Join the conversation!
