Through her weekly podcast “Sleep Apnea Stories,” she not only shares her journey, but she has become a champion for others suffering from obstructive sleep apnea by breaking down sleep apnea stereotypes and raising awareness of both symptoms and treatments.Emma grew up in Scotland, where she graduated with a degree in Law and Economics from Aberdeen University. After a decade of working in higher education administration, she moved to the United States with her husband, Jason.
