Sarah McCarthy is a Diversity and Inclusion consultant who has been working with large corporates to help them design inclusion programs for women from marginalised communities. Her passion for creating more inclusive spaces for women has also lead her to create a mentoring program for LGBTQIA+ Women. In this episode she details what inspired her to follow this career path, and how human centred practices have been an important tool for her work.
