Donna is a design leader and product all rounder close to 20 years experience. She’s worked in many industries, including government, telecommunications, insurance, retail, not-for-profit, higher education and many more. She’s written three books: on information architecture, card sorting and writing for the web. When we caught up with her in Melbourne, we chatted about the collection of data sets, how data can be misused and what the impacts are for machine learning and coming of AI systems.
