Alex played for 16 seasons for four different teams but is best remembered as a member of the Colorado Avalanche where he scored 3 points in a dramatic Game 7 victory over the Detroit Red Wings to win the 2001 Stanley Cup final. Now an Assistant Coach with the Detroit Red Wings, Alex shares some very funny stories about his time with the Avalanche and some candid insights about being the best player he could be during his career!
