In this episode, we have a conversation about the process of being alone. How it is essential to take time out to be by yourself when in partnership with others. It takes a certain level of maturity and security to be alone. Throughout my journey this has been challenging due to me feeling a sense of abandonment, being codependent in relationships as well as putting others needs before my own. In 2020, I felt so alone because I did not have many local connections where I lived. It is important to trust the process of what God is doing to you, with you, and through you in your life. God has developed me to be a secure woman who is okay having time to self. Oftentimes, I am called to go and socialize with others. It is key to find the soft spot of engaging with others and making space for self. Balance in all things, where possible. Being by yourself truly is a transformative experience which makes you stronger, better. Hermit mode is a space that I go to often when I need to be there for ME. Make delegated free time for yourself outside of your availability for others. Time for self is also productive so be gentle with yourself during these times. We learn boundaries through experiences and time. Protect your energy at all costs. Your spiritual evolution will truly transform you. Keep prayed up. Go to source about concerns that you may have and the matters of your heart. Your inner guidance system is there to lead and guide you on your path. To love yourself, intimately, is to know yourself. If you notice that your connection with God energy and faith has been dwindling lately, consider a prayer log. It is a practical tool that can be used to really tap in to self - you are a universe. Live in your divine power daily. Everything you need is inside of you. Inhale patience and exhale worry. Treat each day as if it is your last. After listening to the School of Greatness Podcast, addressing how we can change from where we are to where we want to be. Also, how we can assess our internal barriers that prevent us from being our ultimate selves and living our best life. Consider the cost benefits when decision making. We discover connections and how to decide whether to keep a relationship or not. Do you believe that zodiac signs are key indicators in knowing how someone moves? How have karmic connections shown up for you lately? Do you find yourself engaging with self sabotage and ultimately stunting your growth? It is a time for introspection. What are your values? Where do your priorities lie? What part of your shadows are being revealed to you, right now? Know for yourself. Trust yourself. Tune in. Pray more. Give yourself grace. Learn. Change. Evolve. Reinvent. Transmute. Love more, unconditionally. The highest form.
Uneak Tershai, a multi-dimensional one, who loves to talk openly about life experiences, inspires others to embrace their differences and encourages them to love themselves for the uniqueness that they are.
