In this episode, we talk about the process of RESET and why it is important. We often long to get consistent with something. It is important to have a routine that fosters our growth during transitional phases of our lives. Reset moments are so key. After listening to Lemon Water podcast’s interview with Liz Tran, I was shook. We are stepping into a new season with the most recent Fall Equinox so now is the time to reset. I’m guilty of overpacking my to-do lists, going to and fro, ripping and running so to step out of my mind space... I mediate. It allows me time to be with myself and be self centered. Being selfish is important because you deserve to be there for yourself. We must unpack the programming of putting others before ourselves. Know that you can step away from it all, as needed; it is necessary for your well-being and highest good. Meditation can be so simple. It is fully customizable so make it your own. Meditation is something I, personally, want to step into more for my own embodiment. I can already see the benefits it has had on relieving my anxiety, soothing overwhelm and even strengthening my sense of self worth. I strongly encourage you to get a meditative practice for yourself, if you don’t have one already. Our goals require sacrifice. Though being productive and having goals is commendable, try not to let it over consume you and take you away from your true essence.
Be in the flow. Go with the flow. Be in the moment more. Find time for yourself.
Uneak Tershai, a multi-dimensional one, who loves to talk openly about life experiences, inspires others to embrace their differences and encourages them to love themselves for the uniqueness that they are.
