Steph has over 10 years experience in HR in the corporate world and she is the definition of "taking the leap!" When things haven't gone to plan or how she expected them to, she has swiftly changed directions to ensure she stays in alignment and true to herself. When what she thought was her "dream job" wasn't, she packed up her whole life and moved back to NZ.
