Welcome back to the Shannon Show.

I'm not gonna lie. I put on my ranty pants for this one.

I actually recorded the notes for this episode accidentally a few weeks ago as I was verbally processing some things to myself via Voxer as I often do and I decided to take that material and turn it in to a podcast episode so I could share it with you.

The main theme here is the difference between equality and equity & how I think we could be using our collective energy much differently for the greater good.

Oh, and there's a bit of a sneak peak in to the next episode... It's going to be JUICY!
