Cindy and Adam get a bit more personal on this episode by discussing various scenarios in which they had to let something go. 

Adam discussed his recent decision to let go of a passion project (South of the 6ix) that proved too challenging to balance with his responsibilities as a father and husband. Cindy reflects on a familial relationship that she had to let go after more than a decade of trying to navigate its challenges.

They end the show offering advice to anyone that is dealing with family members that are offering resistance to the Covid protocols and how letting go of holiday traditions and expectations may be the only option this year.
