My next guest has been an entrepreneur pretty much his entire life. In grade school he was selling Dragon Ball Z graphics to his friends. In middle school and high school, he was selling electronics on eBay. By the time he reached college he knew we wanted to become an attorney so before he graduated with a Law Degree, he put out educational videos, to build an audience.
Although the entrepreneurial DNA is strong with this guy, he did something unexpected after graduation. He went to work for a law firm so he could learn how NOT to run a law practice, how NOT to lead employees, and how NOT to manage client expectations.
One key topic we talk about on this episode is the importance of hiring great people and that paying more up-front can actually save you money in the long run.
Today he owns a fast growing personal injury law practice with 21 employees and he has his sights set on growing that firm to 100 employees by the end of 2021. Please welcome, Ali Awad.
