WELCOME BACK TO THE FORTY SEVENTH EPISODE OF THE PROGRESSIVE MINDSET PODCAST.
In this weeks episode I am welcoming Business & Mindset Coach to females Nadia Oboye.
We discuss an array of business coaching ideas, benefits whilst exploring how important it is to “VALUE YOUR VALES”; a phrase that has been very poignant in my life this year. I often find so many of my clients have no idea what their values in life are.
A value is something we give importance, worth, usefulness and value to.
When we live our life congruent to our values, we are often happier and feel life is good.
When we are not living life congruent to our values... of course the opposite feels true... life is tough!
Coaching is a transformational experience. We all have value to offer. Let's chose to see things from a different perspective.
