After a 10-yr marriage, 37-yr-old newly-divorced Michele is dating recently divorced Mark. Michele states that Mark and her former husband couldn’t be more “different,” yet Michele feels she will somehow repeat the failure she feels her divorce to be. Michele comes to Paula to ask how she can let go of her past and fully commit, as well as understand Mark’s current inability to commit. Paula helps Michele recognize and commit to her own feelings, so that she can release Mark to the timing that he needs to be ready, willing, and able to make a full commitment.
