S1E7 Anger as a Teacher: Embracing Emotions Without Judgment

In this episode, I’m talking about anger.
We often get caught up in a story around our anger and that story is what poisons us. It’s not the anger itself that causes harm; it’s the identification with it, the clinging to the narrative. If we can learn to just see the anger, without judgment, without attaching a story to it, it can pass through us like a cloud in the sky.
The practice is about allowing emotions to arise and not suppressing or identifying with them. They are not "my anger" or "my sadness"; they are simply energies that come and go. By developing mindfulness, we can create space for these emotions to exist without letting them take over or define us.
