I kick things off by delving deeper into body image. It’s a really important subject, but I don’t think it’s spoken about enough or understood properly. Body image can be affected so much by your state of mind, so can change all the time even if your body hasn’t changed.
It can affect anybody, no matter their size. It’s a perception and a bad one can lead to unhealthy habits or behaviours. Focusing on other aspects of our lives, not just exercise, can play a huge part in changing someone’s body image.
