Welcome to Season 2 of Sylvia Speaks!

Today is my 31st birthday... and well surprise, surprise, birthdays kind of SUCK! No, not because I don't want to get older. They bring up a lot of feelings and emotions that seem to get worse throughout the years.

As I reflect on my 30th year of life I am so happy that I have found my tribe and continue to meet people along the way that love, support, respect, and value me.
