In this essential lesson, Brother Singh addresses the mind of Jesus, for Paul challenged the Philippian church, "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 2:8). Our minds control our emotional responses and behavior in response to what happens around us. For that reason, Paul stated, "Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind" (Romans 12:2). Transformation is comparable to reprogramming a computer. We are born programmed with a fallen, carnal nature that opposes the righteousness of God. The Adamic nature prevents us from advancing in our service to God and ultimately prevents us from entering the kingdom of God. "To be carnally minded is death but being spiritually minded is life and peace." (Romans 8:6).
