Brother Singh does not expect the ungodly to respond to his messages, but he hopes against hope that the saints of God will hear and implement them appropriately. Blessings are the rewards for obedience; judgment is the consequence of disobedience. A preacher can only deliver the message God lays on his heart; acceptance or rejection is up to the hearers of the word. Rejection of the word gives God the right to send "strong delusion, that {ignorers} should believe a lie that they all might be damned who believed not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness" (2 Thessalonians 2:11-12).
