In this lesson, Brother Singh demonstrates that God demands heart knowledge, not head knowledge, from His people. To understand life in Christ, we first need to understand death. Every human being inherited eternal spiritual death because of sin entering the world through Adam & Eve. Eve. Until God quickens us, by the Holy Spirit, we are—dead men walking—physically alive but spiritually dead to the possibility of attaining eternal life. Jesus said, "For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will" (John 5:21). The Father quickens us from being spiritually dead; the Son will quicken the dead in Christ from the graves through resurrection at his return.
