Recently retired, Ian was previously Director of Training at Eagle Training Ltd, one of the country's leading providers of leadership, management and personal development. Ian's team of highly experienced facilitators worked with some of the UK's biggest names, including Robert Bosch, Premier Foods, MSC Shipping, Network Rail and the NHS. They also worked internationally in such places as the USA, Argentina, Norway and Egypt.

We talked about Ian's journey within the corporate environment, then leaving the 'corporate womb' to go alone in self employment. Ian shared his learnings and challenges and of course we talked about the importance of training your team!
