Higher Ground is that stable, secure place that allows us to bypass all the chaos of life that threatens to pull us into its quicksand and empowers us to operate in love, with joy and peace and work our way towards enlightenment and eventually transcendence.

Higher Ground is THE place we want to be operating from but that requires a choice and an effort on our part. In today’s episode I share my own journey to that higher ground in the hopes that today you too will make that choice to step up and step higher.
