In this episode of The betterHUMAN podcast. Today we’re joined by Tony Washington, hailing from New Orleans, #67 Offensive Lineman for the Montreal Alouettes in the CFL. Attending Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas, Washington was named to the 2007 all-Southwest Junior College Football Conference first team. Tony went on to attend Abilene Christian University and played 2 seasons (2008-09) for The Wildcats. There he was named Lone Star Conference Offensive Lineman of the year 2 times, 2x All American in Division 2, and finalist for the Gene Upshaw Award (TopLineman in division II football.) He won the 100th Grey Cup with the Toronto Argonauts in 2012, and one in 2015 with the Edmonton Eskimos. Tony is a proud father of 2 boys and is no stranger to adversity, perseverance and grit.
