Erika is the creator and founder of Wirth Wellness, host of the Wirth Wellness Podcast, mother to one, step-mom to one, and wife. After embarking on her own health reclamation adventure, after years of chronic illness, mental health crisis, and burnout she decided it was time to take healing into her own hands and get to know her body as brilliant not broken. All the "dis-ease" physically and mentally, was her body's way of saying, "No more putting me last. No more overriding my messages in favor of pleasing others."
Now, she supports women in meeting their own healing magic, for the first time, by creating a daily rhythm – a way of life – that honors their body's natural design for thriving.
