Safety is often spoken about as something we either have or don’t have. But what if safety is something we build, expand and redefine over time?
In this solo episode, I explore the many ways safety can be cultivated through lived experience, nervous system awareness and deep self-trust.
Drawing from my own life and the root chakra session inside the Choosing Woo Group Journey, I share how safety isn’t always found in comfort. Sometimes safety is created through observation, giving ourselves space before responding. Sometimes it’s built by doing the uncomfortable thing and expanding our capacity. Sometimes it’s in saying no without explanation. And sometimes, it’s in doing absolutely nothing at all.
Safety is relational. It is transient. It evolves as we do.
Inside this episode we explore:
Nervous system regulation and internal safety
Root chakra foundations and belonging
Boundaries as a form of self-trust
Expanding capacity without abandoning yourself
Redefining what “safe enough” really means
