In this week's episode, Alyce and Crystal are joined by Kyle Freemam, a grief coach, educator and death doula.
Kyle speaks about her journey in this career path and her experience with grief, through the loss of her brother and mother. As well as the grief surrounding her chronic health conditions.
Describing herself as an anti-shame activists, Kyle shares why it is important for her to be outspoken on items that remain unspoken in the world.
Follow along as the group discusses the types of individuals and griefs Kyle works with. As well as the importance of asking for help while experiencing grief and allowing your community to have the opportunity to go into the cave with you.
