One of my favorite comments Damon shared around "Crisis Leadership" in our Podcast interview is,

"You have to wakeup every morning, knowing everything will go horribly wrong, but knowing you will be OK, and your stakeholders will be too. If you're not confident in yourself no-one will be confident in you. If you don’t believe in it, no-one will. Things are never perfect, but being able to move from reactive to proactive as soon as possible with accountability systems is the key to leadership."
