What do you want to believe behind? Is it important that we pay things forward? What part do I play in my own development? Millennials it is imperative that we listen to each other. As the older generation, it is our job to pass down our lessons, but not beat our youth on the head with it. They are being raised at a time that is different from ours. Generation Z it is your job to take from the past as a stepping stones or a lens into the future. It is smart to learn from the mistakes of others; don't think that you know everything. It is important to find your voice and independence. You do that by acquiring knowledge and doing the work. Keep digging. The future can be whatever you make it.
