Join Julianne this week as she speaks with Lyndal Hunt from The Sobriety Gym! Lyndal tells us her journey in to alcoholism, how she began drinking, how she got sober and what The Sobriety Gym is and stands for. She tells us how she moved around a lot, and even moved from Australia to the United States. According to Lyndal, New York was the "best" place for an alcoholic as it was always very accessible to her. Her position with a travel company made it easy to indulge, as partying was part of the norm. In her alcoholism, there was some drug use as well and she talks about that too. Eventually, consequences caught up with her and led her back home to Australia where she eventually embraced AA and finally got sober. Listen as she tells us how she became a life coach and how she plans to become a drug and alcohol counselor as well!
