The Bluegrass Buddies are back with SEASON 2 of their non-award winning podcast, beloved and reviled by bluegrass fans across the globe.

The Buddies start the first episode of the new season off with a bang, saying their howdies, introduce the new season, and chat about recent culinary exploits before sharing a listener story having to do with the last BWE (Bluegrass Word of the Episode.) Then, after reminiscing about the life and career of Tony Rice, they welcome an old friend back onto the podcast for a very spicy interview. They check back in with Sturgill Simpson and Joe recounts a recent vinyl-spinning adventure to close out the first half of the episode.

In Part 2, the Buddies introduce a brand new BWE, and then reveal a new trend happening with gig-starved bluegrass artists, Bluegrass Fantasy Week (or BFW, to save time). If you only listen to one segment of the episode, listen to this. Next, they take a brief look at the adventures of Jed Greene before closing the episode with a few recommendations. You heard it here first: the Bluegrass Buddies are back in action!!!
