For the final episode of season 2 of Vulnerable Podcast, I wanted to share an interview I did with Selina from Project Love earlier this year. I spoke about the sexual abuse I experienced, living in a cult as a child, being in a coma at 19 and all of the spiritual lessons I've gained on the way.

Selina gave me the opportunity to tell my own story in its entirety for the first time in my life and it was such a simultaneously scary and liberating experience at the same time.
