Damian Ettish from Fetty's Street Food came to share about his food journey and some of his favorite worldwide flavors. Damian told stories about his time in India, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa and now Columbus. From keeping a food journal in India, documenting every spice he couldn't get the English name of to cooking with locals at various kitchens and restaurants across his journeys. We talked about our favorite street foods and really I got to admire some of the interesting experiences Damian had that inspire me to explore both locally and hopefully abroad sometime soon.
