On this week's episode of Seasoned to Taste I talk to Jacob from Sweet Grass Dairy about the regenerative agriculture meat and dairy farm he operates with his wife and family.
They were so kind to have me out to their farm, Jacob showed me around the pasture, I met the cows, chickens and pigs as well as a look into their farm market where I got to try their Bourbon Vanilla Gelato which was so delicious. If you are in the greater Columbus or Northeast Central Ohio Area, definitely give them a try for your next grocery run. So many amazing locally grown / produced products.

I hope it encourages you to try new things, experience a new place or connect with people close to home.

This week I welcome a family friend to the show, Linda Dakwar. Linda grew up learning all sorts of Korean foods from her mother and wants to pass on the same passion to her children. Her children are good friends of mine and we have had great opportunities to share meals together, which has definitely showcased what Linda has taught them. I really enjoyed hearing about all of the traditions and Korean dishes often enjoyed in the Dakwar family.
