We've had this episode on our docket for a while now, and there is no perfect time like the present to discuss turning fear into curiosity. While we had battles with the internet throughout this recording, we hope you enjoy this week's episode (apologies for any glitches you may hear along the way)!
- If you are experiencing fear AND excitement in any form, note how it affects your body. How different are those two things?
- Catch the fear/origin point as soon as possible - slow yourself down; this may prevent you from spiraling; create a way for your mind to notice and see what's happening; have a dialogue with your mind and ask why you are feeling what you're feeling.
- Create peace with grounding techniques by tapping into your heart space. Bring yourself back to the present moment.
- Subtle shifts can help you move past a fear you have.
