For our first guest of season two, we are joined by Coach Jeremy Growe from Furman University. Coach Growe comes to us with experience at the high major level as a manager, GA, Director of Operations and Special Assistant to the Head Coach before heading to Furman as an assistant. Coach Growe stresses about making smart career moves, not necessarily going to a better title. He talks about his time as a manager and about being in thankless positions. Lastly, he talks about the benefits of a staff breaking up at a young age because to spreads out your connections. Take a listen to what else Coach Growe had to say this week on the Coaching Routes Podcast.
